As I’m sure you are all aware on the 26th January 2005 the DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) waste procurement law came into effect. This means that recycled materials are to be looked at in a more favourable manner than materials that come from rainforests and do not adhere to the fairtrade initiative. I’m sure that you are aware all other claimed skating surfaces do not adhere to the 2005 Procurement Law.
